Mindful Moment: Brain Dump

In this mindful moment, we will practice a mindfulness activity called “brain dump” by dumping all of the mental chatter and stress onto paper. The goal is to write down what’s currently on your mind in free writing form until you sense a mental release. Feel free to take this activity a step further by then organizing the content dumped.

Materials: paper and pen

Time: 1-minute to 5-minutes
