We were all placed here for a reason, for a purpose. I know that every experience I have had in life, good, bad, and ugly, has been for the benefit of helping someone else. I know firsthand that having mental health concerns can be difficult. You do not have to do it alone.
I specialize in working with trauma and helping women who: are using sex to fill a void, are always “the strong one,” are trying to balance multiple roles (mom, wife, daughter, etc.), have mommy hurt, and who want to HEAL. A safe space is provided for clients to grow, heal, and change their lives. I work with clients experiencing depression, trauma, breakups, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. Many people have anxiety about starting therapy, so please feel free to ask as many questions as possible. I am currently offering telemental health services.
I love what I do and who I serve. When I am not working, you can catch me anywhere they serve steak. I love movies and finding a good show!

My Approach
There is no such thing as “one size fits all” when it comes to therapy with me. I believe that therapy is collaborative and fluid, which means that you and I will work together and tackle problems that may arise in the process. I am an integrationist, I utilize CBT, DBT, and EMDR with a culturally sensitive approach. It is very important to me that you feel supported throughout the process. My style is warm and supportive, but I am ready to provide an extra push if you need it. Together we can work on establishing goals and steps specifically for you while giving you tools to help you overcome your obstacles. I look forward to helping you in any way I can!
