Activity: Need a Mood Boost? Try This!

Have you been in a funk lately? Had rough day at work? Need to shake off some stress? Then try this mood boosting activity!

Create a ‘feel good’ playlist with 10 or more of your favorite high-vibe songs. Include songs that make you dance, move, smile, let your hair down, and feel GOOD! If you already have a ‘feel good’ playlist, update it with new songs!

After you create the playlist, give it go! Whether you are listening to your music while cleaning, walking or on the drive home after work, take some time to replenish your joy!
